Abstract

Global changes resulting from human intervention have profound and multifaceted implications for society and the environment. This paper aims to analyze the various dimensions and challenges related to environmental conservation, focusing on the importance of management plans, institutional partnerships, government support, community engagement, and environmental education. The research adopts an exploratory qualitative approach, using bibliographic and documentary research methods to examine scientific articles and relevant legal documents, such as laws and decrees. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the concepts involved in environmental conservation, highlighting the significance of Private Natural Heritage Reserves (RPPNs) as crucial instruments for biodiversity preservation and the promotion of sustainable development.
